Indonesia-Electronic Customs Declaration
Start Your ApplicationClick Here
Indonesia is gradually introducing a new Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD) system for travelers from countries that don't require a visa. At present, this applies to most visa-free nationalities, including ASEAN countries, and is expected to expand. Applications must be submitted online via the official Indonesian Customs portal (ecd.beacukai.go.id). Independent services like ours can help with the process but are not linked to the Indonesian government. Once completed, the ECD is valid for one entry and must be filled out again before each visit. Before departure, always check if your nationality requires a visa or just the ECD for travel to Indonesia.
Passport Requirements
Your passport must be valid for your entire planned stay.
For most visitors, at least six months’ validity on your passport is highly recommended.
Ensure there is one blank page for Indonesian immigration stamps.
Arrival Protocols & Entry Processes
Travelers are not generally required to complete health declaration forms.
However, immigration officers may perform standard entry checks.
Have your return flight details and proof of stay ready for inspection.
Check official advisories, especially if you're from a flagged region.

- Citizens of ASEAN, EU, USA, Australia, Canada, and many others can enter visa-free for short visits.
